Toledo resident Stacy Jurich, 23, traveled 10,000 miles across the United States this winter on a Mercedez Benz powered by vegetable oil.

Stacy, incidentially, is the executive director of Toledo Choose Local, a nonprofit organization that exists to support local businesses and encourage Toledoans to patronize local businesses.

This is something I think other cities should consider (I’m talking to you, Youngstown and Cleveland!).
