Apple iPhone 13 started its trial production in India within three months of product launch. Reportedly, Apple secures a supply of semiconductor chips that aided the brand in outsourcing its supply in India. The iPhone fans are expecting the brand to start production by Feb 2022.

Nevertheless, Foxconn and Apple didn’t respond to media inquiries in time of the press conference. As the supplies of the iPhone 13 improved, it eased the shortage in the Indian market. From the sales point of view, iPhone 13 is the largest selling handset in India.
Furthermore, the company doesn’t want to market iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro in India. iPhone 11 and 12 are some of the low-key Smartphones that gained an enormous response in the nation. Apple has been producing iPhones 11 and 12 in the Foxconn market.
It produces and promotes iPhones in the Bangalore-based Wistron plant. Market research reports that Apple produces 70% of iPhones in India. Apple has been releasing Made-in-India iPhones since the onset of the covid-19 pandemic. It is more so when people are buying Macbook, iPhone, and iPad to work from home.
iPhone sales will expectedly reach 4 to 5 million units. It is a rise from three million units. It means that three million units got sold when there was a shortage in supply. Production scaling relies on the availability of raw materials to some extent.
Counterpoint research claims that Apple was one of the fastest-selling Smartphone brands of the year. Apple handsets have a price tag of over 30000 INR and lead the premium mobile market. With handsets priced above 45000 INR, the ultra-premium market share of Apple reaches 74%.
ET reports claim that the iPhone 13 production will help Apple export products to the global market. As mentioned above, Apple sells 70% of Smartphones in India. It includes iPhone 11, iPhone XR, iPhone 12, and iPhone SE. iPhone 13 will soon be joining the series of best-selling handsets produced in India.
iPhone 13 with 128GB will cost you around 79000 INR in India. In terms of mobile specs, iPhone 13 includes an OLED display. It has a pixel density of 441 PI and a resolution of 2532 x 1170 pixels.
iPhone-producer claims that its chip is 50% more swift than its current rivals. The Smartphone has a battery that lasts 1.5 hours more than iPhone 12.
