There’s a fun new TikTok trend making the rounds!

Once again, a classic hit is now getting a second shot at superstardom thanks to the streaming platform, and this time, it’s “Teenage Dirtbag” by Wheatus, originally released back in June of 2000.

The trend is simple enough: set to the sound of a sped-up nightcore version of the song, people are sharing throwback photos of themselves from their most “punk” teenage years, usually at concerts or partying or showing off their style. (Many people are mostly using it as an opportunity to dunk on younger versions of themselves.)
